Here is my list of random things for your sims to do. You can use this on a wheel spin or use a dice roll to randomize events in your playthroughs to keep the challenge interesting

1. Remove 50% of their money
2. Get really ugly piece of furniture and add to house
3. A sim in the family must die // Spin again (can only happen 1 time this stream)
4. If sim is dating: break up. If sim is married, fight until romance is gone. If sim is single, find one night stand
5. Get an ugly/silly haircut
6. Go back to level 1 of the career you’re main sim is in
7. Get a Face tattoo
8. If space in household: Have a baby/adopt. Otherwise: spin again
9. Get a new pet in the household (can be any)
10. Sim is naked for the rest of stream
11. Get a hazard on your lot and let sims use it at least 5 times (cowplant, fish pond, fire toilet, telescope)
12. Start a fight with sim with highest friendship
13. Take a vacation with your family
14. Cheat highest skill back to level 1
15. Add face paint to your sim
16. Sims from the prior gen must come live on the lot again, can be a rental if all dead = random sim
17. Sim must start a side hustle
18. Dress your sim in a full body animal costume
19. Remove friendship between two sims
